Returns, Refund & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Readers Notebook. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at care@readersnotebook.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or incorrect book), and supporting photos, if applicable.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part) and detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Books that are correctly delivered or do not meet your expectations due to their used condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used books that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Digital products (if applicable) or downloadable content.
